摘要
对接管弯矩作用下圆柱形压力容器开孔-接管区的变形及局部应力进行了详细的试验研究,研究工作是针对3台不同d/D比的试验容器进行的。结果表明,开孔-接管区的应力和变形具有明显的局部性,其最大应力出现在接管平面外(横向)弯矩作用下容器的横向截面内。同时将本文的研究结果与WRC.107及WRC.297的计算结果进行了比较。
AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to present the results of the deformation and stress behavior in the vicinity of cylinder-nozzle intersection when the nozzleis subjected to moment load. A detailed experimental study was carried out for three test vessels with different d/D ratios (d──diameter of nozzle, D──diameter of cylinder). The results indicate that stresses and deformation are of obvions localized behavior and that the maximum stress in the cylinders occurs in the transverse section of cylinder due to transverse moment on the nozzles. A comparison between the results of present study and those from WRC.107 and WRC. 297 is also carried out.
