摘要
针对圆柱形压力容器内伸式接管补强结构,以DXF格式文件为中介,用数学计算自动生成有限元计算模型的方法,进行了三维线弹性有限元应力分析,得到了内压圆柱壳内伸式接管补强结构的应力分布规律。结果表明,接管与筒体相贯线最低处筒体的内、外壁上的两点是内伸式接管补强结构的危险点,内伸长度的大小不影响内伸式接管补强结构的应力分布规律。分析结果为进行内伸式接管补强结构的设计提供了依据。
For the cylindrical shells subject to internal pressure, the finite element model is established automatically by mathematical method with DXF form, the nozzle reinforcements with a nozzle extended toward inner side is studied by 3-D FEM analysis. The distribution law of the stresses in this field is obtained. The result shows that the danger spots of stress are on the internal and external surface of the vessel at the lower position that the nozzle is intersected with the vessel. The distribution law of the stress is not influenced by the change of the length of nozzle extended toward inner side. It provides design basis for the nozzle reinforcements with the nozzle extended toward inner side.
