增加醚类生产的烯烃骨架异构化技术 被引量:3

TECHNOLOGY OF SKELETAL ISOMERIZATION OF OLEFINS (SIO) FOR INCREASING ETHERS PRODUCTION

摘要 我国醚类生产已初具规模,醚化技术也有较快的发展,但是由于受原料异构化烯烃资源不足的限制,醚化装置规模小、醚产量低、成本高.增加炼油厂异构烯烃产量的一个重要途径是采用烯烃骨架异构化技术,并与现有的醚化装置形成组合工艺,可增加醚类产量60%~70%. The ether production has begun to take shape in China and the etherification technology has been developed rapidly. Due to the shortage of feedstocks of iso-olefins, the capacities of etherification units are small with low production of ethers and high operating costs. To increase iso-olefins production in refineries, skeletal isomerization of normal olefins is an important way. The production of ethers can be increased by 60% ~ 70% by the integration of SIO with the etherificadon unit. Catalyst types applied in SIO and technological progress were introduced.
