摘要
用硫酸葡聚糖和氯化镁作沉淀剂分离脂蛋白,以酶法同步测定HDL-c和LDL-c,VLDL-c及TC,经脂蛋白电泳鉴定证明本沉淀剂沉淀效果符合要求。检测HDL-c及LDL-c重复性好。检测健康成人180例,结果与国内外报道一致。
The paper introduces, a method in which sulfatc dextran and MgCl_2 are used as the precipitant of seperating lipoprotein and in which HDL-c, LDL-c, VLDL-C and T-C are simultanecusly determined with enzymic way. It is proved by the lipoprotein electrophoresis that precipitating effect of the precipitant accords with the demands. The duplication of the method is better, 180 samples of healthy adults are determined by the method. The results of the determination tallies with that of the reports at home and abroad.
