摘要
测定了２４例高脂血症患者服用力平脂（Ｌｉｐａｎｔｈｙｌ）前后血浆总胆固醇（Ｔｃｈ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ—Ｃ）含量。对其中１６名患者测定了用药前后红细胞胆固醇（ｃｈ）含量。结果：服用力平脂１个月后，高脂血症患者血浆Ｔｃｈ、ＴＧ水平较用药前明显降低；ＨＤＬ—Ｃ水平较用药前明显增高；红细胞ｃｈ水平较用药前明显降低，但仍高于对照组水平。
he Levels of total plasma cholesterol(Tch),triglyceride(TG)and high density lipoproteins-cholesterol(HDL-C)were evaluated before and after lipanthyl treatment for 24 patients with hyperlipi-demia,erythrocyte cholesterol(ch)level of 16 of whom was also assessed.The results showed that plas-ma Tch and TG concentration were lower and HDL-C level was higher after 1 month course of lipanthyltreatment than before,The levels of erythrocyte cholesterol decreased significantly after treatnient,butstill higher than that of the control group.
