摘要
目的探讨“一站式服务”模式对护理人力资源开发及护理质量的影响。方法对医院原有多站式服务的护理单元设置、人力配置、服务质量与一站式服务效果对比测算。结果“一站式服务”简化了诊疗流程,服务一站到位,开发护理人力资源13人;整合护理单元,能开拓病人候诊空间,改善病人就诊环境;“一站式服务”能促进服务提速,实现收费、取药、检验标本采集、注射输液轮侯时间≤10min的服务承诺;提高社会公众对医疗服务的满意度。结论“一站式服务”能让有限的护理资源发挥最大的效能,方便病人就诊就医,收到良好的社会效果。
Objective To Probe the influence of ‘One Station Service’ on nursing quality and nursing source exploitation. Methods The service effects of multiple station and one station service were surveyed about setting of nursing unit, manpower display and service quality. Results One station service simplified diagnosis and treat program, exploited nursing manpower, integrated nursing unit, enlarged the space of waiting to see a doctor for patients, and improved the environment of diagnosis treat. One station service can increase service speed, The speed of waiting to see a doctor was less than 10min. The satisfaction degree of the public was improved. Conclusions One station service can make nursing source bring into maximal efficacy, and facility patients to see doctor, receive well society effect.
