摘要
以SJ630T、SJ160T、SJ650T三台注塑机为例,对注塑机常见的故障问题进行了分析,制定了相应的改进方案。实践证明,改进后的设备工作正常。改进方案既节约了维修成本,又赢得了生产时间。
The frequent troubles of injection molding machine were analyzed and corresponding ameliorating projects were put forward with throe injection molding machines of SJ630T, SJ160T and SJ650T as examples. The practice proved that the ameliorated equipment could work normally. The projects economized maintaining cost and saved production time.
