高温高压腐蚀环境下有机内涂层管道结蜡结垢性能研究 被引量:1

Study on Property of Paraffin Deposit and Scaling of Organic Internal Coating- Pipeline under High Temperature and Pressure Corrosion Environment

摘要 通过对克拉玛依油田注水及输油管线内壁结垢及结蜡量的室内模拟试验,分别研究了其管壁涂敷前后结垢及结蜡的变化,涂敷YH-16无溶剂环氧涂料和美国帕罗特环氧涂料后,在两种涂层上的蜡沉积量比较接近,仅为涂敷前结蜡量的14.7%和16.7%,结垢分别为28.9%和27.6%。涂敷前后试样表面形成的蜡和垢与基体的结合力有明显差异,金属表面形成的垢比较致密,结合力强,不易去除;有机涂层表面形成的垢比较疏松,结合力弱,容易去除,有利于清管作业。 Based on lab simulation test on scaling and paraffin deposit amounts on inner wall of water injection and oil transferring lines in Kramayi oilfield, the paper respectively studies the change of scaling and paraffin deposit before and after the wall is coated. After YH-16 solventless epoxy coating and American Paluot epoxy coating are coated, paraffin deposit amounts on the 2 coatings are nearly the same, only are 14. 7% and 16.5% of that before coating, and scaling amount is 28.9% and 27.6% respectively. Binding force of the paraffin and scale formed on the surface of samples before and after coating are conducted and the matrix is obviously different: scale formed on the surface of metal is relatively compact, binding force is strong and the scale is not apt to be removed; scale formed on the surface of organic coating is relatively loose, binding force is weak and the scale is apt to be removed, which is beneficial to pigging operation.
