摘要
对新建、已建管道的内涂层材料,服役运行后的内涂层的完整性、安全性、可靠性进行评估具有重要意义。文章总结了国外近年来开展的天然气管道增输联合工业项目JIP(Joint Industry Project)研究的最新部分成果,包括JIP目标、流体与涂层材料的交互作用、流量提高、直径355.6 mm管道内涂层表面结构调整等,并提出了相应的建议。
It is important to assess the integrity,safety and reliability of the internal coating of a newly or already constructed pipeline.This paper summarizes partially the newest research results of Joint Industry Project(JIP) performed by some foreign countries in recent years,which include the main objectives of the JIP,the interaction between fluid medium and coating material,the flow increment and the internal coating surface restructuring of D 355.6 mm pipeline,then it puts forward corresponding suggestions.
