摘要
目的探讨MSCT肺密度测定的技术应用。方法通过MSCT所附的Pulmo软件对269例结缔组织病并怀疑伴有肺间质性炎症的患者在平静呼吸下进行肺密度测定,分析肺密度测定技术的合理应用。结果269例肺密度测定的患者均得到了满意的肺密度值、像素在各区间的分布频率和像素分布曲线图形。结论MSCT肺密度测定具有无创性、可重复性、准确性和操作简便的特征,可量化性地诊断部分肺内病变和进行肺功能分析。
Objective To discuss the technique of measuring pulmonary density using multi-spiral CT (MSCT). Methods 269 patients with connective tissue disease suspiciously accompanied with pulmonary density measurement during calm respiration using Pulmo software attached to MSCT. Meanwhile the reasonable application of the technique of measuring lung density was analyzed. Results Satisfactory results of lung density in 269 patients were achieved, so were the frequency and the curve of pixel distribution. Conclusion MSCT, being non-invasive, repeatable, accurate and easy to operate, quantitatively diagnoses pulmonary pathological changes and analyzes pulmonary function.
