摘要
通过对比的方法系统研究了葛薯(赣葛5号)的栽培技术,结果表明(1)在红壤类型的土壤中,以坡腰和坡底土壤的葛薯出苗率最高,每hm2产量达12万株左右.以水库尾土壤的葛薯产量最高,每hm2产量达5.5万kg.以坡底土壤的葛薯出粉率最高,达23.6%.(2)挖种植沟是高产栽培的关键技术之一,以沿等高线挖种植沟栽培葛薯增产效果最好,每hm2产量达5万kg.(3)种植密度对葛薯产量和商品合格率有很大影响,以每hm2栽4 500~6 000株的产量和商品合格率最高.(4)种苗质量对成活率和葛薯产量均有显著影响,以一类苗最高,分别为:成活率100%,产量为当年每hm2产1.8万kg.(5)移栽时间不同对葛薯成活率的影响,在江西地区应在4月中旬以前移栽,成活率在85%以上.(6)合理施肥能够提高葛薯的产量及出粉率,比没有施肥分别提高1~1.5倍及1%~2%.同时能够提高黄酮含量,施肥的含量为11.52 mg/g,没有施肥的含量为6.68 mg/g.
The thesis studies the cultivation technique for Kudzu(Gange5hao) systematically by comparative methods. The results are as follows. (1) In the red soil, the emergence rate of Kudzu in the slope waist and slope bottom is the highest, which is up to about 120 thousand per hm^2. The output of Kudzu at the end of reservoir is the highest, which is up to 55 thousand kg per hm^2. The extraction rate of Kudzu in the soil of slope bottom is the highest, which is up to 23.6%. (2)Furrow planting is one of the key techniques for high yield. The gain in yield results of Kudzu cultivated in furrow planting along contour line is the best, which is up to 50 thousand kg per hm^2. (3) Planting density has a great influence on Kudzu output and qualified commodity rate. The output and qualified commodity rate of Kudzu planted with 4.5 to 6 thousand per hm^2 are the highest. (4) Seedling quality has a significant influence on its survival rate and Kudzu output. The survival rate and Kudzu output of the first'class seedlings are the highest, which are 100% and 18 thousand kg per hm^2 the very year respectively. (5) Transplant time has an effect on its survival rate. It should be transplanted before the middle of April in the area of Jiangxi Province. Its survival rate is more than 85%. (6)Rational fertilization improves Kudzu output and its extraction rate, compared to Kudzu not fertilized, which increase 1 to 1.5 times and 1 to 2% respectively. At the same time, rational fertilization improves flavone content. The flavone content of Kudzu which is fertilized rationally is 11.52 mg/g Kudzu, and that of Kudzu which is not fertilized is 6.68 mg/g Kudzu
