摘要
循证医学是慎重、准确和明智的应用当前所获得的最佳研究依据,同时结合临床医生的个人专业技能和临床经验,考虑患者的价值和愿望,将三者完美结合制定出患者的诊治方案。在临床实习教学中,首先由学生提出实习中遇到的临床问题,在教师帮助下寻找科学证据,并对证据进行评价,然后应用于临床,解决问题,最后对应用效果进行评价。通过引入循证医学的理念和方法,提高了学生分析、解决临床问题的能力。
Evidence- based medicine (EBM) adopts the best evidence cautiously, accurately and wisely, combines the doctors' special skills and clinical experience, considers the patients' value and desire, links the three sides perfectly and constitutes the project of diagnosis and treatment for patients. During the period of clinical teaching, first, students find problems in clinical practice, then, search for the evidence with the teachers' help and evaluate evidence, again, apply the evidence to clinic and solve the problem, last, evaluate the effect. Introduced the principles and methods of EBM to the clinical practice can improve the students' ability of analyzing and solving the. clinical problems.
