摘要 肾脏病领域的循证医学研究已为肾脏病治疗提供了许多重要证据,澄清了许多问题,指导了临床实践。本文以肾实质性高血压、肾性贫血治疗及慢性肾脏病低蛋白饮食治疗中的几个问题为例,作一介绍。 Studies of evidence-based medicine have provided much important evidence, clarified problems, and guided the clinical practice in the treatment of renal diseases. As examples, several therapeutic problems in renal hypertension, renal anemia and low protein diet for the patients with chronic kidney disease are discussed in this paper.
