摘要
目的了解师范专业新生的心理健康状况,及早发现心理问题,为学校心理健康教育和建立学生心理档案提供必要依据。方法SCL-90自评量表施测,SPSS 11.0数据统计,采用t检验和相关分析。结果株洲师范高等专科学校2004级新生中,可能存在中度以上心理问题的学生146人,检出率为12.3%,排在前三位的是强迫症状、人际关系敏感和抑郁;男女生除恐怖症状外,其他因子不存在显著性差异;家庭经济类型不同、学校满意程度不一的学生,其心理健康状况存在不同程度的差异。结论本校2004级新生心理健康状况很好。男生、女生心理问题率没有差异;独生子女的心理健康状况要好于非独生子女;贫困生心理健康状况令人担忧,小康生心理水平较好,富裕生心理水平接近温饱生,却又低于特困生。学校和专业满意度与心理健康状况呈正向低相关。
Objective The aim was to understand mental health status of freshmen inTeacher Training School, to find the psychological problems early and provide proofs for school psychological health education and setting up students psychological health files. Methods Freshmen in Higher Junior College of Normal School of Zhuzhou in 2004 were assessed by SCL - 90 self-assessment Table. The data of were analyzed by statistic software SPSS 11.0. Results The positive rate of freshmen in our school selected by SCL-90 self-asessrnent Table was 53.8%. 146 freshmen had psychological problems grading more than middle level, of which the rate was 12.3%. The first four reasons were force, interpersonal relationship sensitivity, depression and hostility. Conclusion The psychological health status of freshmen in our school in 2004 was good. All other factors expect for terrific symptom showed no statistic differences between boys and girls. The psychological health status of the only-child is better than that of the non- only-child. The psychological health status of the students born in fairly-well off families is ideal. The scores of hostility and force of the destitute students were higher than those of the non-destitute students. Compared with other students, the significant difference exists in the psychological health status of students unsatisfied with the school and specialty.
