摘要
目的研究热休克蛋白70(Hsp70)、细胞周期调节蛋白p27在腮腺癌中的表达,并探讨与腮腺癌发生、发展之间的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化通用型二步法检测45例腮腺癌(24例腺样囊性癌及21例粘液表皮样癌)中Hsp70、p27的表达,并选用10例多形性腺瘤作对照。结果Hsp70及p27的表达均为细胞核及胞浆中棕黄色染色,在腮腺癌中的阳性表达分别为77·8%及28·9%,与对照组多形性腺瘤比较差异显著(P<0·01)。Hsp70在腮腺癌中的表达与临床分期、组织学分级呈正相关(P<0·05);p27在腮腺癌中的表达与临床分期、组织学分级呈负相关(P<0·05)。结论Hsp70与p27在腮腺癌中的表达呈负相关(P<0·05),Hsp70与p27可作为判断患者预后的指标。
Objective To study the expression of Hsp70, p27 in parotid carcinoma and discuss the relationship with parotid carcinomas＇ occurrence, development and clinical significance. Methods 45 cases of parotid carcinoma（24 adenoid cystic carcinoma, 21 mucoepidermoid carcinoma） were chosen and the expression of Hsp70, p27 was studied by the method of immunohistochemistry, 10 cases of plemorphic adenoma were chosen as control group. Results Both Hsp70 and p27 were aliomycin stain in nucleus and cytoplasm, the positive rates of them were 77.8% and 28.9% respectively, there were significant difference compared with control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of Hsp70 was positive correlation（ P 〈 0.05）, while p27 was negative correlation（ P 〈 0.05） with clinical stage and histologic grade of parotid carcinomas. Conclusion The expression of Hsp70 and p27 was negative correlation in parotid carcinoma（ P 〈 0.05）, to detect their expression will be helpful to judge the clinical characteristics of tumor, evaluate the prognosis and instruct clinical therapy.
