摘要
对AEO-9/TX-10非离子表面活性剂进行了改性,使之同时具有阴离子和非离子双重表面活性;同时以聚乙二醇、马来酸酐、丙烯酸为原料合成了一种新型的高分子表面活性剂MAG-AA。将合成的高分子表面活性剂与改性表面活性剂以及其他助剂复配,优化出了具有良好脱墨效果的脱墨剂组分,脱墨后成纸白度可达64.8%ISO,残余油墨量为2.457mm2/m2。
The modification for nonionic suffactant AEO-9/TX-10 endows itself with both anionic and nonionic suffactants. Meanwhile a new polymer suffactant is synthesized by using polyethylene glycol(PEG), malefic anhydride(MA) and acrylic acid(AA) as raw materials. These two suffactants have superior surfactant activities. A compound solid deink/ng agent is prepared by mixing the synthesized polymer surfactant and the modified AEO- 9/TX-10. 64.8%ISO whiteness and 2.457mm^2/m^2 dirt count of the bleached deinked paper are achieved when this compound deinking agentis applied.
