摘要
针对混合办公废纸油墨的特点,采用复配的方法研制开发的高效脱墨剂SWI,脱墨效果优于同类进口产品,而成本则比进口脱墨剂低73.3%。复配配方为:油酸∶硬脂酸∶十八醇∶OP-10∶Tween-60∶十二烷基苯磺酸=15∶5∶2∶4∶3∶2。配合常规脱墨药品,该脱墨剂相对于绝干废纸的最佳用量为0.3%左右。
SWI, an effective deinking agent prepared for the characteristics of printing ink of mixed office waste paper, is superior to the imported deinking agents and the cost is lower by 73.3%. The compounding formula is oleic acid ： stearic acid ： stearyl alcohol ： OP-10 ： Tween- 60：dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid = 15 ： 5 ： 2 ： 4 ： 3 ： 2. Together with the conventional deinking agents, the optimal dosage of the deinking agent to absolute dry waste paper is about 0.3%.
