摘要
以异氟尔酮-二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸-β羟乙酯、聚乙二醇等为主要原料,利用大单体合成技术,制备了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯大分子单体,将其交联固化得到一种新型的透明高分子材料。该类材料的透光率在92%以上、热变形温度在280℃以上,且冲击强度高、耐磨性好、尺寸稳定性高。
Macro-monomer of polyurethane acrylate was prepared with taking isophorone-diisocyanate (IPDI), (3-hydroxy-ethyl methacrylate (HEMA)and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as major raw materials. A kind of novel transparent polymer material was synthesized by crosslinking and curing the macro-monomers so produced. The material possesses transmissivity of over 92%, thermal deformation temperature above 280°C, high impact strength, high resistance to wear and good dimensional stability.
