摘要
为克服退煮漂一浴法短流程前处理工艺中一剂型前处理剂价格高、用量大等缺点,对碱剂、双氧水稳定剂、乳化剂及软水剂及其用量等进行试验。通过比较不同配比的前处理效果,研制出一种成本较低,用量较少,烧碱含量低,对环境友好的一浴一剂型前处理剂。其主要组成为:氢氧化钠10%,硅酸钠50%,平平加O 23.75%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠12.5%,硫酸镁1.25%,葡萄糖酸钠2.5%,双氧水5 mL/L。织物前处理后,白度达到80以上,毛效8 cm/30 m in以上,强力损失低于10%。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of expensive and large dosage of pretreating agent used in one bath desizing/Scouring/bleaching, the trials on alkali agent, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, emulsifier, water softener and their dosages were carried out. Based on comparison, the new pretreating agent with one bath type was prepared, featuring lower cost, less dosage, low content of caustic soda and friendly environment. It is mainly composed of caustic soda 10 %, sodium silicate 50 %, Peregal O 23.7.5 %, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 12.5 %, magnesium sulfate l. 2.5 %. With the dosage of hydrogen peroxide 5 mL/L, the pretreated fabric featured whiteness more than 80, capillary effect more than 8 cm/30 min, loss in strength lower than 10 %.
