摘要
采用生物复合酶制剂Scolase 10 0T对涤棉织物进行煮练、漂白、增白一浴法前处理 ,就Scolase 10 0T、双氧水、增白剂VBL用量对织物白度、强力和毛效的影响进行试验。结果表明 ,当Scolase 10 0T 8g/L、双氧水6g/L和增白剂VBL 3g/L时 ,效果比较理想。新工艺与传统煮练、漂白两步法工艺相比 ,毛效、白度有所提高 ,成本降低 2 0 % 。
In this paper, the biological compound enzym e is used in one bath pretreatment and whitening process of polyester/cotton fabri c. The influence of the dosage of Scolase 100T, hydrogen peroxide and whitening agent to the whiteness, strength and capillary effect is tested. As a result, th e ideal recipe is Scolase 100T 8 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 6 g/L, and whitening age nt VBL 3 g/L. Compared with traditional two bath process, the new process featur es capillary effect and whiteness improvement, 20% cost reduction and environmen t-friendly.
