摘要
目的:评价动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效。方法:对76例老年股骨转子间骨折行手术前牵引复位,DHS内固定术,术后早期进行康复锻炼。结果:随访10～24月(平均14个月)后根据临床综合评定标准评定,优66例,良8例,差2例。结论:动力髋螺钉(DHS)是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的可靠内固定方法,严格掌握适应证,合理有效内固定及早期功能锻炼,可获得满意疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effects of interochanteric fractures treated with dynamic hip screw （DHS）. Methods： 76 cases with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with preoperative tractionreduction, DHS fixation and early postoperative rehabilitation. Results： All cases were followed up for 10 - 24months （average 14 months）. According to the Han＇s criteria, the results were excellent in 66 cases, good in 8 and poor in 2. Conclusion ： It is a reliable method to treat intertrochanteric fracture with dynamic hip screws （DHS）. With approprative operative indication and performed reasonable and effective internal fixation and early rehabilitation, it can lead to good function.
