摘要
目的观察脉冲磁场配合矿泉浴治疗软组织损伤的疗效。方法采用脉冲磁场配合矿泉浴治疗软组织损伤73例,与单纯矿泉浴配合红外线治疗73例对照,用功能恢复程度评价疗效。结果脉冲磁场配合矿泉浴总治愈率72.6%,对照组总治愈率30.14%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉冲磁场配合矿泉浴是治疗软组织损伤的一种较为理想的方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the pulsed magnet field combined the mineral spring bath on the injuries of the soft tissue. Methods The pulsed magnet field combined with the mineral spring bath was used for the treatment of 73 cases of injuries of soft tissues while the simple mineral spring bath combined with the infrared therapy was used for the treatment of 73 cases, which served as the control. The recovery of function was employed for the evaluation of the curative effect. Results The total curative rate was 72.6% for the treatment with the pulsed magnet field combined with the mineral spring bath and 30.14% for the control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pulsed magnet field combined with the mineral spring bath is a quit ideal treatment for the injuries of the soft tissues.
