摘要
目的观察蜡疗并超短波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效,探讨蜡疗并超短波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的作用机理。方法采用熔点为56度的医用白色无水石蜡,使用蜡饼法,每次治疗时间30min,每日1次,20次为1疗程。然后采用超短波治疗法,每次治疗时间15min,每日1次,20次为1疗程。对13例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者进行治疗。结果13例中治愈9例,好转3例,无效1例,总有效率92.3%。结论蜡疗并超短波治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有确切疗效,值得在临床工作中进一步研究和推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the keritherapy combined with the ultra short wave therapy on the neuralgia after the herpes zoster and to investigate the effect mechanism of the keritherapy combined with the ultra short wave therapy on the neuralgia after the herpes zoster. MethOds The white anhydrous medical paraffin with the melting point of 56℃ was used for the treatment with the paraffin cake method. The treatment time was 30 minutes once a day with 20 times as a period of treatment. Then the ultra short wave therapy was used for the treatment with the treatment time 15 minutes once a day and 20 times as a period of treatment. Thirteen patients with the neuralgia after the herpes zoster were treated with the aforementioned methods. Results Nine in the 13 patients were cured, three were better and there was no effect in one patient. The total effective rate was 92.3%. Conclusion The keritherapy combined with the ultra short wave therapy has the assured curative effect on the neuralgia after the herpes zoster and is worth further instigating and promoting in the clinical practice.
