四川省部分地区肠道蠕虫感染现状调查 被引量:3

Investigation on Human Intestinal Helminthiasis in Different Topographic Areas of Sichuan Province from 2002 to 2003

摘要 目的了解近10年来我省部份地区的肠道蠕虫感染现状。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法检查肠道蠕虫卵,试管滤纸培养法鉴别钩虫虫种,对12岁以下儿童用透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵。结果查出肠道蠕虫7种(线虫4种、吸种2种及带绦虫1种)。总感染率为41.34%。蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、蛲虫、带绦虫感染率分别为32.60%、17.30%、13.68%、17.55%、0.86%。部份地区感染率以四川盆地南部边缘的合江县为高,总感染率为77.91%,蛔虫47.90%、钩虫43.51%、鞭虫41.65%、蛲虫44.58%;以川西高原的德格县和位于盆地北部边缘的青川县较低。结论10年来部份地区蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫及带绦虫感染率均有下降趋势,儿童蛲虫感染率有所回升。调查显示,我省肠道蠕虫感染仍十分严重,应积极普及健康教育,采用综合性防治措施,控制肠道蠕虫感染。 Objective To master the epidemic situation of human intestinal helminthiasis in different topographic areas of Sichuan Province in the past 10 years. Method The investigation spots of 5 counties with different topographic features were selected according to the detailed rules and regulations of nation-wide investigation on key parasitoses issued by the Ministry of Health of China. The methods of Kato-Katz, test tube falter incubation, and cellophane anal test were used. Result 7 species of intestinal helminth including 4 of nematode, 2 of trematode, 1 of tenia were confirmed. The overall infection rate was 41.34%. The infection rates were:32.60% of roundworm,17.30%of hookworm,13. 68%of whipworm, 17. 55% of pinworm and 0. 86% of tapeworm. The infection rate in Hejiang County, the south mountainous area of Sichuan Basin, was the highest where the overall infection rate reached 77.91% while the infection rates were:47.90% of roundworm,43.51% of hookworm,41.65 of whipworm and 44. 58% of pinworm. The infection rates in Dege County with the topography of plateau in west Sichuan and Qinchuan County with the topography of mountainous area in north Sichuan Basin were relatively lower. Conclusion The infection rate of parasitoses revealed declining tendency in different topographic areas of Sichuan Province in the past 10 years. For instance, in Hejiang and Pengshan counties the infection rate decreased by 51.79% in roundworm,47. 54% in hookworm,66. 16% in whipworm and 19.63% in tapeworm. The epidemic situation of parasitoses is still very serious. The authors suggested that to control the parasitoses, the comprehensive measures should be strengthened.
