摘要
味精生产废水是一种高浓度的有机废水,具有酸性、高COD、高浓度氨氮及硫酸根等特点,较难处理。着重研究了以木质素为絮凝剂处理味精废水的影响因素及处理条件。研究结果表明:木质素絮凝剂添加量、助凝剂、温度、pH值等因素对味精废水的COD去除率及絮体的沉降性能有一定的影响。
Glutamate wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater with high acidity, high ammonia concentration and high sulphate concentration; it could not be treated successfully with simple traditional method. Flocculation treatment of glutamate wastewater with lignin was studied and the affecting factors were optimized, which included the amount of flocculant and flocculant assistant used, temperature, and acidity.
