转型时期政府主导下的中国电影产业纵向变革的原因和绩效分析被引量：19

摘要本文以中国电影产业引入院线制为研究对象,发现中国电影产业的院线制改革实际上是在政府主导下向产业结构的调整,并通过建立相关模型分析了政府将原有纵向分离的产业结构变革为制作、发行和放映的纵向一体化的原因。结论认为这一变革,是各个市场主体激励相容的结果,它改善了社会福利,并用实证数据证实上述分析。结论认为电影产业政府主导下的纵向变革的方法对其他文化产业的纵向结构调整具有指导意义。
