摘要
本文探讨应用顶空气相色谱法测定农药废水中的总氰化物,结果表明曲线相关性好,最低检出浓度为0.2μg/L,RSD为2.7%—5.2%,回收率92.5%—101.2%。与经典的方法相比,此方法的灵敏度更高,且操作快速,试剂用量少。
HS-Gas chromatography was applied to determination of total CN^- in pesticide industrial waste water with good linearity,DML of 0. 2μg/L,relative standard deviation of 2. 7%-5. 2% and the recovery from 92.5% to 101.2%. Compared with the classic method,this method is more sensitive, convenient with lower consumption of reagents.
