摘要
分别采用连续流动注射法和传统分光光度法测定水样中总氰化物的含量。对检测结果进行统计学中的F和t检验,结果表明这两种方法测得的结果数据无显著性差异,精密度、准确度等指标均符合分析标准要求。连续流动注射法的自动化程度更高,操作更简便、灵敏度更高。
Total cyanide in water samples was respectively assayed with flow injection analysis and spectrophotometry. The F - test and t - test showed that the content data acquired from these two methods had no significant differences to determine the content of total cyanide in water samples, and the precision and accuracy were accorded with the analysis criteria. The flow injection analysis was easier operation, and had higher degree of automation and higher sensitivity than speetrophotometry.
