摘要
TYTS-2000脱硫剂是一种新型高效脱硫脱碳溶剂,主要成分是聚乙二醇二甲醚,在国外已广泛用于天然气、炼厂气、燃料气、合成气等工艺气体中H2S、CO2、COS、硫醇、硫醚等有害成分的脱除。在国内应用于化肥厂合成气的脱硫脱碳,也有多年历史。将TYTS-2000应用于炼厂气的脱硫脱碳,正在进行大型的工业化试验;但将TYTS-2000用于天然气的脱硫脱碳,尚无先例。
The TYTS -2000 is a new style and high efficiency desulfurization and decarbonization solvent, it's main component is dimethy ether of polyethylene glycol (DMPEG) , it has been widely used for removing H2S, CO2 , COS, thiol(mercaptan) in gas streanm such as natural gas, refinery gas, fuel gas, compound gas and so on. It has been used in desulphurization and decarbonization of compound gas of chemical fertilizer factory in Chi-na for ten years. Now the TYTS -2000 hasnt been used in desulphurization and decarbonization of natural gas, but it is believed that it should be feasible for application in natural gas of the TYTS - 2000 desulfurization and de-carbonization solvent.
