摘要
TYTS-2000脱硫剂是一种新型高效脱硫脱碳溶剂,主要成分是聚乙二醇二甲醚。国外已广泛用于天然气、炼厂气、燃料气、合成气等工艺气体脱除H2S、CO2、COS、硫醇、硫醚等有害成分。国内用于化肥厂合成气的脱硫脱碳。将TYTS-2000应用于炼厂气的脱硫脱碳,正在进行工业化试验。分析认为,国内将TYTS-2000用于天然气、炼厂气等脱硫脱碳是可行的。
The TYTS--2000 is a new style and high efficiency desulfuration and decarbonization impregrant, it's main component is dimethy ether of polyethylene glycol(DMPE).It has been widely used for putting off the bad component such as H2S、 CO2、 COS 、 thiol(mercaptan) in technical gas such as natural gas, refinery gas, fuel gas, compound gas and so on. It has been used in desulfuration and decarbonization of compound gas of Chemical fertilizer factory in China for ten years over. But now the TYTS--2000 hasn't been used in desulfuration and decarbonization of natural gas.
