摘要
目的探明湖南省艾滋病流行现状并预测其流行趋势,为制定防治对策提供科学依据.方法流行病学资料由全省各县疾病预防控制中心艾滋病疫情报告获得,HIV感染者或艾滋病人由各县、市医疗机构采用ELISA进行初筛,由湖南省疾病预防控制中心采用WestemBloting确认.结果到2004年底止,湖南省已发现HIV感染者1249例,艾滋病人186例;男性占76.46%:女性占23.54%;职业以无业人员最高为55.80%,其次是农民为22.58%;90%以上感染者年龄分布在20～50岁之间;主要传播途径为吸毒占60.53%,其次为性占16.73%,第三为输血占9.45%;流行区已遍布全省14个市、州的91个县(市、区).结论湖南省近年艾滋病疫情发展迅速,传播地域不断扩大、传播途径多样化,经性接触传播的比例迅速加大,通过多种途径由高危人群向一般人群扩散,由城市向农村扩散.
Objective To study the epidemic status of HIV/AIDS in Hunan Province, and predict its trend so as to provide a scientific reference for making intervention strategies. Method Epidemiological data was collected from the registered reports of the County CDC throughout the Province. The HIV/AIDS cases were initially screened by ELISA in the City （County） CDC laboratory, and therefore confirmed by Western Blot in Hunan Provincial CDC. Result By the end of 2004, an accumulative 1,249 HIV positive cases were discovered, among them 186 cases had developed AIDS. By gender distribution, males occupied 76.46 %, females 23..54 %. The unemployed accounted for .55.80 % being the highest population group, followed by farmers 22..58%. Ninety percent of infected cases were in the 20-50 years of age group. The major transmission route was IDU, which accounted 60.53 %, followed by sexual transmission 16.73 %, and 9.4.5 % from blood transfusion. The epidemic has covered all of the 14 municipal- prefecture and 91 Counties throughout the Province. Conclusion The HIV/ AIDS epidemic spread rapidly in Hunan Province, with infected areas expanded and transmission routes multiplied. The sex transmitted cases increased dramatically. Through adopting the multiple transmission routes, the epidemic is spreading from the highrisk population to the general population, from the urban area to the rural area as well.
