Synthesis and investigation of 4-(p-hydroxyl)-benzyl oxazolidine-2-thione

摘要 酪氨酸的氨基和酚羟基经Boc和苄基保护后,氢化铝锂还原及脱保护得酪氨醇.酪氨醇在Et3N作用下与CS2反应关环得一种新的Evans试剂—4-(对羟基苄基)-噁唑-2-硫酮,总产率达46%,探讨了投料比、时间和温度对反应的影响. Described a new kind of Evans reagent-4 - ( p -hydroxyl) -benzyl oxazolidinethione which was prepared :by following six steps: amino protection, esterification and hydroxyl protection, reduction by Li- A1H4, deprotection, cyclization with triethylamine. Total yields were 46 % and tile factors influencing each step's productivity, such as the ratio of materials, time of the reaction and temperature of the reaction were investigated.
