摘要
目的:研究双歧杆菌DNA对小鼠肠上皮内淋巴细胞(iIEL)γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和白介素2(IL-2)产生水平的影响,探讨其对小鼠iIEL免疫激活作用。方法:提取双歧杆菌DNA,肌肉注射免疫小鼠,提取小鼠iIEL,以IFNγ和IL-2作为检测指标,测定其变化。结果:DNA免疫小鼠产生IFN-γ和IL-2的水平与对照组相比明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:双歧杆菌DNA明显提高小鼠iIEL产生IFN-γ和IL-2的能力。
Objective : To study the effect of bifidobacteria DNA on the production of interferon - γ, ( IFN - γ) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (iIEL) of mice, and to discuss the effect of immune activation of bifidobacteria DNA. Methods:The bifidobacteria DNA was extracted and injected muscularly into immune mice. The iIEL was isolated, and the levels of IFN-γ, and IL-2 were determined. Results:The levels of IFN-γ, and IL-2 in DNA-immunized mice were higher than those in controls ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:Bifidobacteria DNA can greatly improve the production of IFN-γand IL-2 in iIEL of mice.
