Effect of Pyruvate Supplementation on Body Composition and Energy Metabolism

摘要 综述了丙酮酸对体成分和能量代谢的影响以及国内外在这些方面的研究进展情况。指出丙酮酸对于不同项目的运动员体成分和能量代谢的影响有待进一步研究。 This paper summarized the effect of pyruvate supplementation on body composition and metabolism, and analyzed the situation of studies on pyruvate at home and abroad. It shows that further study should be continued to investigate the effect of pyruvate supplementation on athletes which take up different events.
