PVDF/ZSM-5复合微孔聚合物电解质的研究 被引量:1

Study on composite microporous PVDF based polymer electrolytes

摘要 采用无机复合方法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/ZSM-5超细颗粒分子筛复合微孔聚合物电解质膜,对其表面结构进行了扫描电镜分析,同时对其机械性能进行了测试。将所得电解质膜吸收1mol·L-1LiClO4/PC溶液,通过吸液率、交流阻抗分析研究其电导率等电化学性能。结果表明,聚合物微孔电解质膜机械性能和吸液能良好,能很快达到吸液平衡,ZSM-5的加入可在很大程度上提高PVDF微孔膜的电导率。 Composite microporous PVDF based polymer electrolyte membranes were prepared by blending PVDF with ZSM-5. The surface structure of the membrane was analyzed by using SEM. After uptaking solvent of 1mol·L^-1LiClO4/PC, the electricity conductivity of the polymer electrolytes was measured by AC resistance analysis. The experimental results showed that the polymer microporous electrolyte membrane had good mechanical property and well liquid uptaking ability, which could reach liquid uptaking equilibrium quickly, and conductivity of PVDF based membrane could be obviously enhanced by adding of ZSM-5.
