摘要
目的：为慢性结膜炎的治疗提供新的有效药物。方法：观察组２１４例用茜草滴眼液治疗，对照组４９例用常规抗生素滴眼液治疗。３个疗程后停药，观察远期效果。结果：显效率与总有效率观察组分别为７４．５１％和９４．１４％，对照组为３８．８９％和６６．６７％，总有效率两组比较，差异有极显著性，Ｘ￣２＝６８．０２，Ｐ＜０．００５。结论：茜草滴眼液对慢性结膜炎疗效显著。
OBJECTIVE:To provide a new effective medicine for treatment of chronicconjunctivitis.METHODS:214 cases in the observation group were treated with the radix rubiaeeye drop,49 cases in the control group were treated with common antibiotic eye drops.The treat-ment were stopped after 3 periods to observe the long-term outcomes.RESULTS:The effectiverate and totally effective rate in the observation group are 74.51% and 94.14% respectively,in thecontrolgroup 38. 89%and 66.67%,Comparing the total effective rates of the two group,the differ-ence was extremely signirlcant X￣2=68.0202 P<0.005.CONCLUSION:Radix rubiae eye drop has obvious curative effect on chronic conjunctivitis.
