摘要
17α-羟化酶催化雄激素合成的中间步骤,其研究对于了解睾丸间质细胞内雄激素的合成具有重要的意义。本研究经二次沉淀提取小鼠睾丸组织RNA,经反转录合成cDNA,以17α-羟化酶cDNA特异序列引物进行PCR扩增(RT-PCR)。结果显示,二次沉淀后用RT-PCR方法能获得单一的17α-羟化酶特异中段(360bp)。
he synthesis of androgen is catalysised by 17α hydroxylase. The study of 17α hydroxylase mRNA could improve the understanding of this procedure in Leydig's cells. In this study, mouse testis RNA was isolated at first. Then RT PCR was used to emplify 17α hydroxylase cDNA. The results showed that a 360 bp cDNA was obtained after PCR is useful for the empilification of 17α hydroxylase mRNA.
