摘要 CYP17A1基因位于10q24.3,有8个外显子及7个内含子,主要在肾上腺及性腺表达。CYP17A1基因编码P450c17蛋白,该酶属于细胞色素P450超家族酶之一,催化许多反应,包括药物代谢及胆固醇、类固醇和其他脂类的合成,它含有17α-羟化酶和17,20-碳链裂解酶两种酶活性,是类固醇合成途径的关键酶。近年来研究发现,CYP17A1基因与某些心血管疾病的发生有关系。现对该基因与心血管及其相关疾病做一综述。 The CYP17A1 gene, located on chromosome 10q24.3, consists of eight exons and seven iutrons and is mainly expressed in the adrenal glands and gonads. This gene produces protein P450c17, which is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes and catalyzes many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. It has both 17alpba-hydroxylase and 17,20-1yase activities and is a key enzyme in the steroidogenic pathway. Recently, studies have found that tbe CYP17A1 gene is associ- ated with cardiovascular disease. This article reviews research regarding the correlation between the CYP17AI gene and cardiovascular and related diseases.
