摘要
目的寻求一种简单、廉价的原代SD乳鼠海马神经细胞培养方法。方法采用胰蛋白酶消化法制备游离海马神经细胞悬液,进行培养。结果通过多次探索、观察、成功的进行了原代海马神经细胞培养。结论本方法适合一般实验室开展海马神经细胞培养。
Objective To search for an easier and cheaper method for the primary culture for hippocampal neurons of SD newborn rats. Methods The primary culture of SD newborn rats monolayer hippocampal neurons was performed in a simple way, in which hippocampal neurons were digested by trypsin and cultured. Results The primary culture of hippocampal neurons in this way was performed successfully through many times of observatings. Conclusions The method for the primary culture of hippocampal neurons is a good method for the general labs.
