摘要
在研究产品构成的基础上,分析了产品建模方法,提出构筑标准件库,进行产品组件模块化,采用基于事例的推理方法等支持变型设计的重用策略,同时,设计了支持快速变型设计的重用平台,并在某型号工程项目的夹具快速设计中得到了应用,提高了设计效率。
Based on the structure of products, it is addressed that the reuse strategies include building standard-parts base, forming the components of product to modularizing, and using the method of the case-based design. And the reuse platform is also intended to support the rapid design, which is applied to the fixture design of the aviation projectresulfing in great design efficiency.
