摘要
研究了复方大黄制剂通降口服液时果蝇寿命的影响。结果表明：和空白对照组相比，该口服液能明显延长果蝇的平均寿命，雌性、雄性分别为１４％、２４％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时延长其最高寿命，雌性、雄性分别为１６％、２９％。对复方大黄制剂延缓衰老的机理进行了探讨，认为该制剂一方面可以抑制肠道内细菌产生毒素，另一方面可以促进排便减少毒素吸收，从而减轻机体自身中毒而延缓衰老。这和Ｍｅｔｃｈｎｉｃｏｆｆ的自身中毒衰老学说是一致的。
The Influences of compound rhubarb oral Liquid on the lifespan of drusophila melanogaster wete studied.As compared with control group, the results showed that, the Liquid could prolong the average lifespan of drosophila melanogaster.female and male by 14%,24% respectively (P<0.01),and the highest lifespan, female and male by 16% ,29% respectively.The mechanism of the anti-aging effect of the liquid was discussed.It is believed that the Liquid can inhibit the bacteria in intertine to preduce toxin,and the absorption of toxin is reduced by promoting the intestinal movement.So that the self-intokication is alleviated,This is in accordance with Metchnicoff's self-toxication aging theory.
