摘要
柔性铰链由于其特殊的性能在精密机械及微纳米等技术领域有着广泛的应用。为较好满足蠕动式微进给工作台箝位机构响应快速、定位准确的工作要求,设计轴对称型柔性铰链,并依据材料力学理论给出其转动刚度的理论分析和计算方法;根据材料力学理论和结构分析给出针对该结构柔性铰链的尺寸参数设计方法,综合分析认为壁厚是影响其工作性能的最主要的参数。
Because of the special performance, flexure hinge has been applied widely in the fields of precision machine and micronano-technology. For the need of locating exactly and responding quickly of clamping machine in inchworm mechanism, the symmetrical flexure hinge has been designed and listed the course of theory analysis of rotational stiffness and the method of calculations based on theory of mechanics of materials in this article. Depending on theory of mechanics of materials and through analyzing the structure of flexure hinge, the dimension parameter of the flexure hinge can be designed. The thickness of wall is the most important parameter influencing the working performance of the flexure hinge.
