摘要
以丙酮作提取利，经二氯甲烷萃取，用丙酮定容，然后用ＳＩＧＭＡ－３００型带ＮＰＤ检测器的气相色谱仪测定。其测定结果的准确度和精密度均符合残留量测定的要求。
The residue of thiabendazole in the xianggu mushroom (Lentinus edodes) was collected with acetone,then it was extracted with dichloromethane,and the volume was fixed with acetone,finally the determination was carried out with the gas chromatography with NPD detector.The accuracy and precision of the detection were in accord with the demand of pesticide residue.
