摘要
利用双环戊二烯(DCPD)加热分解制得环戊二烯(CPD),在四氢呋喃中CPD与Na反应得到CPDNa,再与干冰混合、加水溶解、中和、过滤、干燥,即得双环戊二烯二甲酸。考察了CPDNa与干冰混合后放置时间对收率和产物纯度的影响。当混合后放置30h时,收率大于80%,纯度大于99%。并用1H─NMR,MS测定了该酸的分子结构及两个羧基的位置。
Dimeric cyclpentadiene carboxylic acid[DCPD(COOH)2]was synthesized by mixing cyclopentadienyl sodium and dry ice,followed by dissolving the mixture and neutralizing with HCl.The effects of different conditions on the yield and the purity of the product were studied.The yeild was more then 80% and the purity was more than 99% after mixing for 30 h.The melt point and solubility of DCPD (COOH)2 were inspected and its structure was determined by 1H-NMR and MS methods.
