摘要
目的观察中药护肾胶囊对糖尿病肾病进行早期干预的临床效果。方法将60例确诊为早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,均采用降糖、降压等基础治疗;观察组加用护肾胶囊口服,对照组予以肾炎康复片口服,均治疗12周3个疗程。结果同期疗程结束后,观察组总有效率93.4%,对照组为86.7%,2组治疗效果比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后平均动脉压差异有显著意义(P<0.05);治疗后尿微量白蛋白排泄率的降低幅度显示,观察组与对照组差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);在血黏度、血脂、血肌酐的改善程度上显示观察组均优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药护肾胶囊可明显减少尿微量白蛋白排泄率,改善高血脂、高血黏滞状态,保护肾功能。提示该药对早期糖尿病肾病具有明显干预优势。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hushen capsule on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, on the therapy basis of depressing blood sugar and blood pressure , the patients in observation group were given Hushen capsule and the patients in control group were given Shenyankang tablet orally ,with a treatment course of 12 weeks for both groups. Results The effective rate in observation group （93.4%） was significantly higher than that of control group （86.7%）, there was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）.There were significant differences in mean arterial pressure and decrease of excretory rate of microalbuminuria between observation group and control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01） .The blood viscosity , blood fat and renal function were obviously improved in observation group, as compared with those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hushen capsule could reduce notably excretory rate of urine trace albumin, which could improve the blood viscosity, hyperlipidemia and renal function. Hushen capsule could interfere obviously in early diabetic nephropathy.
