摘要
将水资源作为生产要素之一,通过基于面向输出的C2GS2模型DEA相对有效性评价,建立了生产用水及总产出值的有效前沿,分析了产出的技术效率和生产用水的使用效率.利用具有积性误差的H icks中性技术进步Cobb-Doug las生产函数,通过对有效生产前沿时间序列数据COLS回归,建立了生产用水的动态前沿生产函数及生产用水的动态边际效益模型.
Regarding water resources as one of the elements of production, the efficient production frontier is built based on the DEA relative efficiency evaluation with C^2GS^2 model of output oriented. Technical efficiency of production and utilization efficiency of the elements of production are analyzed. By using the Cobb-Douglas production function with Hicks neutral technical progress and multiplication random error, the dynamic frontier production function is constructed through regression analysis of series data from efficient production frontier. The serial and sectional models of marginal revenues for water resources utilization are established based on the serial data of production efficient frontier.
