摘要
本文对缬草进行了毒性及致突变性测试，结果表明：小鼠经口ＬＤ５０测定属实际无毒范围；小鼠精子畸形、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和Ａｍｅｓ试验均为阴性，无诱变作用。说明缬草食用安全。
The toxicity and mutagenicity tests of Valeriana were performed.The resultsshowed that the determination of oral LD50 in mice was within the limit of nonpoisonous. Mu-tagenic effect of Valeriana was assesed by sperm malformation test, micronucleus test andAmes assay,but all the negative results were obtained thus Valeriana is a safety food.
