摘要
[目的]探讨治疗膝内翻合并骨关节炎的一种微创手术方法及近期疗效.[方法]自2003年10月～2004年9月选择膝内翻的骨关节炎患者16例(17膝)行胫骨结节下截骨全环外固定器(可矫正成角同时肢体延长,北京外固定研究所制)固定,同时关节镜下清理.术后内侧延长矫正下肢力线.[结果]全部患者得到了平均10.2个月的随访,疼痛均明显减轻,患肢FTA由平均187.6°降至174.3°,优良率达82.3%.[结论]胫骨结节下截骨全环外固定器内侧延长结合关节镜清理治疗膝内翻的骨关节炎属微创手术,重建下肢正常力线结合关节镜清理能确切减轻疼痛,近期疗效十分满意.
[ Objective] To study a minimal invasive approach for the osteoarthritis of knee with genu varum and short term results. [ Method] From October 2003 to September 2004, 16 patients （ 17 knees） underwent the infra-tuberosity osteotomy, fixation of the external fixator and arthroscopic debridements. The weight bearing line of lower limbs was corrected by lengthening the medial aspect of external fixator postoperatively. [ Result ] All patients were followed up for an average of 10. 2 months. The pain of the knees decreased significantly, and the FFA was corrected from 187.6 to 174. 3 averagedly. The satisfactory rate was 82. 3%. [ Conclusion] This operative procedure is a new minimally invasive therapy. Reconstruction of the weight bearing line of lower limbs and arthroscopic debridements can decrease the pain certainly. The short term result is very satisfactory.
