摘要 目的探讨自体输血在颅脑肿瘤外科手术中的应用价值。方法选择我院自2003年5月到2005年5月收治的25例颅脑肿瘤患者,15例择期手术患者行术前采血,术中输自体血,10例拒绝采集自体血和急症手术者输库存异体血。结果25例均可顺利完成手术。自体输血组平均采集量为(450±50)mL,平均输入量为(475±83)mL,2例自体输血者因失血过多需同时输入库存异体血,库存异体血平均输入量为(500±45)mL,与前者相比输入量差异不具有显著性,但两组术前、术后红细胞数、血红蛋白及红细胞比容变化值相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体输血在颅脑肿瘤外科手术治疗中是一种安全、有效、便捷的输血方式。 Objective To explore the value ofautologous transfusion used in the operation of brain tumors, Methods Twenty-five cases of brain tumors treated in our hospital from May 2003 to May 2005 were subjected in the study, of which 15 cases with selective operation were performed with autologous transfusion in the operation of brain tumors and l0 cases that refused autologous transfusion or need an emergency operation were performed with variant blood transfusion. Results The operations were successful in all cases. In the cases with autologous transfusion, the average volume of collected blood was (450±50) mL, and the inputted blood was (480±60) mL; in variant blood transfusion group, the average input variable of blood was (550±45) mL (P〉0.05). But the difference of RBC, HGB and HCT between pre-operation and post-operation in the two groups was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Autologous transfusion is a safe, effective and convenient way of blood-transfusion in brain tumor surgery.
