摘要
本文对60Coγ射线离体照射诱发的人精子和淋巴细胞染色体畸变进行了分析。在对照、1.01、1.81和2.99Gy剂量组,两类细胞的畸变细胞率和结构畸变率基本相同。结构畸变类型明显不同,精子染色体以断裂型畸变为主,是淋巴细胞断裂型畸变的4倍;淋巴细胞以互换型畸变为主,是精子互换型畸变的7倍。
requencies and types of chromosome aberrations in human sperm and lymphocyte from one healthy man were compared after in vitro 60 Co γ-ray irradiation with 0,1.01,1.81 and 2.99Gy.The results indicated that the frequencies of chromosomal aberration and structural aberration were similar in two cell types,respectively.However,the types of structural chromosome aberrations were distinctly different.The incidence of breakage-type aberrations in sperm was about 4 times higher than that in lymphocyte;The incidence of exchange-type in lymphocyte was about 7 times higher than that in sperm.The possible cause that types of structural aberrations were distinctly different in the two cell types was discussed.The feasibility of using lymphocytes as surrogates for germ cells in genetic risk estimation was discussed.
